“I wanted to reach out to you and tell you how AMAZING Chris Mulready has been. About 4 months ago, I took on the project of the ID card printers for my department…. Well, let’s just say it has been one of the most stressful things I have ever done. I knew nothing about this. I didn’t know what went where, what plugs I was using, what printer I was using, and more. The last guy who had the job up and left one day out of the blue and left everything in a box … and now I see why.
“One day I saw a name and a phone number on a piece of paper at the bottom of the box and it was Chris. I gave him a call and he didn’t answer, and all I could think was oh no, here we go… BUT he called me right back after he listened to my voice mail and that’s when his help started. He told me everything I needed (a different computer, which cords I needed, which printing software to download, which print control to use, etc.). And, I have to say, he really knows his stuff. He has worked with me on countless Saturdays and Sundays, he responds to my emails whether it be 8 am or 9:30 pm (like he did last night). He has gone above and beyond. I am so thankful for everything he has helped me with. Here I am 19 years old, knowing absolutely nothing about this kind of stuff and he has had the patience of a saint to deal with me.
“Finally, after we got everything hooked up he told me I have been using our old printer this whole time and the one we threw on the floor and kicked to the corner was our new one. So from there, he helped me get transferred to Sal Alfarone and Evan Moran who helped me place an order for the new printer supplies. They were also a HUGE help.
“But Chris has been extraordinary. I really can’t say thank you enough to him and your company for helping me with this whole process. It has turned my nightmare into something a little more tolerable. And, for that, I say thank you. (If you were to give anyone a raise it should be Chris for sure haha).”
