Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday, please call 1-800-486-1312, option 1. Your call will be directed immediately to our dispatch team. In the event that all lines are busy, please leave a detailed message (including your name and phone number) and our dispatchers will return your call as soon as possible. How do I make a service request during non-business hours?
In case of technical emergency, please call 1.800.486.1312 and follow our easy to use voice prompts to beep an on-call 24 hour technician. You will be phoned by our on-call technician as soon as he/she is available to help you. Please note, you will be charged for this call.
