Service Contracts

Higgins provides exceptional service on our diversified product line. We offer many types of service contracts and warranty upgrades on all of our products. We also have time and material pricing available for non-contract customers and equipment.

Service contract and warranty upgrade equipment is covered Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Higgins Holidays. All labor and travel charges are covered under all contracts, with discounted labor rates available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Some or all parts may be covered, depending on the contract.

The benefits of service contracts and warranty upgrades are preventive maintenance cleanings per year (if applicable to the equipment), priority service with a four-hour response time, loaner equipment (if applicable to the equipment and when available), and supplying and installing required parts when needed.
